Most people and horses are absolutely thrilled with these kinder, gentler more effective bridles. But we realize that no piece of equipment is the solution for every horse.

So if your horse does not respond as you hope, please contact us as soon as you encounter any problems.  Often there are minor adjustments in fitting that will help significantly.


When problems occur, it is usually the fitting of the bridles that is causing problems. In order to be 100% sure that it is the bridle, and not the adjustment, we insist that as soon as there is a problem to contact us ASAP, we hope you will take the time to try to figure this problem out. 

Whenever we personally put bridles on horses and introduce them, they pick it up without a problem. This is why we are so keen on speaking with people about the adjustments. If we could do it, anyone can – people who come to our clinics haven't had problems.

If we cannot resolve the problem together, then we will issue a return authorization number.

1. You must contact us for a Return Authorization form.
It is important that you read this whole page in order to avoid surprises - we don't give Return Authorization Codes out without talking to you first.

2.  The bridle must be accompanied by a completed return authorization form. 
Very few bridles are returned, and we like to know the specific problem so we can make improvements in the future.

3. Bridles returned without a return authorization form WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

.  The bridle must be in clean/new condition.
If the bridle comes back otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse refunds.

5.  Bridles must be returned by mail
(Do not use UPS or any other courier company - they charge a $40 broker fee on top of duty fees that will be deducted from  your refund!)

6.  Parcels sent from the USA must be marked "Canadian Goods Being Returned"
You should mention this to the postal outlet clerk when sending it back.

7.  Note: Delivery dates/times are based on usual service, but is not guaranteed to be there within times shown unless stated "On time Guarantee". US customers need to keep in mind that the parcel needs to clear customs, and may take longer due to this.

We will refund the price of bridles and reins - less a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping fees are not refunded.

NOTE:  Special order bridles (made to measure) cannot be returned.
             Coloured beta bridles can be exchanged for size, but not refunded.
             Leather bridles will not be refunded if they are oiled.
             DVDs will be replaced if they fail to play, but are non-refundable.
             This guarantee applies to bridles purchased directly from Nurtural Horse.

Issuing a refund to our customers is a courtesy, NOT an obligation; Nurtural Horse reserves the right to refuse refunds to those who refuse to comply with our return policy. 

We insist on discussing any problems having to do with the bridle for the reasons stated above.

You can always exchange your bridle for a different size or material.
